Preparation of manuscript
1-The manuscript should be typed, single-spaced on standard-sized-paper A4 (8.5" x 11") with 1" margins on all sides. Times New Roman font 12 pt should be used. The fonts used in the text as well as graphics should be restricted to Times New Roman, Symbol.
2-The manuscript should be in English divided into the following sections:
- The title page should include: - The name(s) of the author(s) - A concise and informative title -The affiliation(s) of the author(s), i.e. institution, (department), city,(state), country - A clear indication and an active e-mail address of the corresponding author - If available, the 16-digit ORCID of the author(s) If address information is provided with the affiliation(s) it will also be published.

include : Abstract, Introduction, Results and Discussion, Conclusion
- Abstract: Abstracts must be a single paragraph that summarizes the main findings of the paper. Authors of original scientific papers must supply a structured abstract of no more than 250 words under the following sub-headings: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
Because the abstract will be provided separately by abstracting services, it should be complete and understandable without reference to the text.
- Keywords:
A short list of keywords should be included. These words or phrases are used for indexing or searching services. Please provide not more than six keywords.
- Introduction:
Introduction should be as concise as possible. The introduction should present the purpose of the studies reported and their relationship to earlier work in the field. It should allow the readers to understand and evaluate the results of the present study without referring to previous publications on the topic.
- Materials and Methods: This section provides details of the methodology used along
with information on any previous efforts with corresponding references. Any details
for further modifications and research should be included. Sufficient details should be
provided to the reader about the original data source in order to enable the analysis, appropriateness and verification of the results reported in the study. It is important for
the Method Section to be sufficiently detailed in respect of the data presented, and the results produced from it. This section should include all the information and protocol
gathered for the study at the time when it was being written. If the study is funded or financially supported by an organization to conduct the research, then it should be
mentioned in the Method Section. Methods must be result-oriented. The statement regarding the approval by an independent local, regional or national review committee
(e.g. name of ethic committee and institutional review board) should be part of the Methods Section.
- RESULTS:
The important and main findings of the study should come first in the Results Section. The tables, figures and references should be given in sequence to emphasize the important information or observations related to the research. The repetition of data in tables and figures should be avoided. Results should be precise.
- DISCUSSION: This should explore the significance of the results of the work, present a reproducible procedure and emphasis the importance of the article in the light of recent developments in the field. Extensive citations and discussion of published literature should be avoided. It is possible to merge the Discussion part with the Result Section.
- CONCLUSION: A small paragraph summarizing the contents of the article, presenting the final outcome of the research or proposing further study on the subject,should be given at the end of the article under the Conclusion section.
- ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: The source of any financial support, gifts, technical assistance and advice received for the work being published must be indicated in the Acknowledgments section.
- List of Abbreviations:
If abbreviations are used in the text either they should be defined in the text where first used, or a list of abbreviations can be provided.
- For Review and case report and short communication,
- the manuscript should be divided into title page, abstract and the main text. The text may be subdivided further according to the areas to be discussed, which should be followed by the Acknowledgements and Reference sections.
3-References: References should be submitted preferably in the Vancouver style. All references must be complete and accurate. The reference numbers must be finalized and the bibliography must be fully formatted before submission. The references should be relevant to the study and should refer to the original research sources. The list of references; should be; typed on a separate sheet paper and arranged numerically according to their appearance in the text and they should be written as follows :
a) Journals: name abbreviations should be according to the chemical abstract service source index and according to the following sequence:
Name of the author(s), Title of the articles, name of the journal, Year, Volume and the first and last page of the paper.
References in the chemical abstract can also be used for references that are not available Articles that are officially accepted for publication should be written as in press " or Unpublished results "after the name(s) of the author(s).
b) Books : should be written as follows:
Name(s) of author(s), name of the book, edition, editor (publisher), place of publication, year, and the first and last page of the chapter.
4- Graphs, legend and tables, should be drawn, numbered and typed carefully and clearly on separate sheets arranged at the end of text
5-Authors are required to send a covering letter along with the manuscript undertaking that, "manuscript has not been published so far neither under consideration by other journal”
Some important points to remember
1-The secretary of the journal checks the plagiarism of research submitted for publication using Turnitin program and the accepted limit for plagiarism is 20%.
2-The manuscript is sent to experts in your field of study ( at least three reviewers) via open journal system in order to gain their insight and suggestions.
3-All manuscript accepted for publications must be approved by referees and revised by the editorial board. The editorial board reserves the right to ask for modifications of the text by the authors.
4-For any article accepted for publication, the author(s) or the corresponding author should agree to transfer the copy right to the journal and sign a declaration of this effect
5- There is no submission or processing charges, Authors are required to pay 150 IQD or (100$) (Iraqi and foreign authors) for IqJPR upon acceptance of manuscript.
6- Time of primary decision since submission will not be less than 30 days
